We have decided to incorporate a few pages of our inspection reports to show our clients what to expect from one of our deliverables.

Note that issues documented in detailed reports show non compliance items that needed to be corrected as per the Contract Documents (Contract and Construction Drawings).  Examples of issues noted are:

  • length and with of welds for steel members

  • seismic suspension systems for acoustical ceilings

  • ac duct components

  • lighting and receptacle installation and components

  • quality of finishes (floor tile, wall tile, paint)

  • Fire protection compliance

  • Americans with Disabilities Act Guidelines Compliance

After the items are corrected, the list is updated to show that corrective action has been achieved.

The reports are sent on a weekly basis to the owner or as directed by the owner to keep the information up to date and have status reports regarding the work progress.
