The proposed project includes the interior refurbishment of the common sanitary services on the P-1 floor of the building, including the relocation of the existing restrooms to an adjacent space and the rehabilitation of the existing restrooms to a service space for the Bank.

The total intervention has about 700 total square feet equivalent to 65 square meters and extends to the ceilings of the general lobby of the floor (P-1). The scope of the proposed project in terms of the restrooms is limited to relocating the existing sanitary services and at the same time renovating them from the aesthetic point of view and conforming them to the accessibility criteria for the disabled.

The area of the existing restrooms after the new restrooms were built, will be remodeled as a service area for the use of the Bank, initially considered for programming ATM machines (ATH or ITM’s).

The ceiling of the lobby on floor P-1 will be intervened as required by the new location.
