This project was inspected and commissioned using the LEED parameters to obtain the silver designation.

The building  has several interesting features, and these are:

• Lighting Controls

• Heat Recovery units (domestic hot water from the ac units)

• Hybrid Chiller and condensing units.

• Rainwater harversting system

• Movable lightweight terrazo, fiberglass and concrete panels

Aside from Inspecting this building from the ground up we provided the commissioning service to comply with the LEED requirements for the delivery of a Commissioning Plan and a Commissioning Report.  The Commissioning report compiled all of the documentation regarding the testing of the systems  (AC fan coils, ac condensing units, In line Pumps, Lighting Controls, thermostat controls and rainwater harvesting).  The elevator, Fire Protection system and Fire Alarm system were also commissioned using the NFPA check lists.
