ARQ CDJ Professional Services Corporation has been established as an inspection and project management firm in Puerto Rico.  Our business model is based on the high standards of quality assurance needed during the construction process. Based on our need to diversify our own growth and development we have added a permitting department to complete the full circle of a project that starts as an idea and has been developed and built to be an occupied project.  There is a great need for a fully executed building process that involves one point of contract document administration, quality assurance inspection and testing services resulting in a fully operable and compliant building as intended by the owner.
