Our Inspection team oversaw the demolition of an existing structure at this site that had Lead and the strict measures of safety were documented.

After the building was removed  the land was prepared and the elevations were reworked to accommodate a new Walgreens project.  As inspectors, we oversaw the construction of the excavations, preparation of the footings, perimeter beams, steel columns, steel joists and girders, metal decking, precast panels, built up roofing, ac units (RTU’s) and interior finishes.  The interiors included a polished concrete floor, gypsum board walls, metal and rolling doors among other finishes and special electrical requirements.
